WaitWise shows community-submitted, anonymous estimates of emergency department wait times. It is not official hospital information, medical advice, or triage guidance, and must never be used as a reason to delay seeking emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Community-submitted content

Wait-time reports are submitted anonymously by members of the public and are not verified by hospital staff. Estimates may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. See our methodology page for how estimates are calculated.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or automated (bot) reports.
• Do not submit personal, medical, or identifying information about yourself or others.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limiting or abuse-prevention measures.

WaitWise is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. The operator is not liable for decisions made based on information shown in this app.
